My office chair piston is busted, I saw online that you can get a pipetube to fix it. Literally to a height you want, since I am lazy and I have a printer. I decided to draw one and print it instead of disassembling the chair.
The Diameter of my piston is 28mm, The support has 90mm height but can be adjusted in the slicer so you can use any height you want.
Printed it at 30% infill, 5 walls, PLA and added a zip tie to fix it. I weight 95kg, and it is sturdy.
Best print I have ever printed in my opinion, I am just dumb to take this long to do it… But again, I am lazy.
