These tile holders are designed for installing wall tiles where a clearance is needed between the lowest tile row and the floor. The height offset can be adjusted using the M8 screw located in the center.
Printing
Print the tile holders without supports. Once printed, just punch through the central hole using a Phillips screw-driver or an X-acto knife.
Assembling
- Firmly press an M8 nut into the designated slot at the bottom of the holder. The opening for the nut is designed to be a snug fit.
- If the fit is loose, secure the nut with a small amount of super glue, or just insert a piece of masking tape.
- Insert a long M8 screw, ensuring the hexagonal head faces downward. The length will vary depending on your requirement. I used 12 cm long ones.
Notes
- Ensure the M8 nut is properly seated before inserting the screw to maintain stability during use.
- The tight fit design reduces the need for adhesives but apply glue or some masking tape around the nut if necessary, to prevent any movement.
