Update (2025/02/01):
- Minor edits to lid, specifically made the screen hole smaller and extruded a hollow box to prevent items from ingressing via the screen hole.
Parts needed:
- 1xLid.
- 1xBase.
- 2xButtons.
- 4xM3x10 screws.
Depending on your printer and filament you might need to adjust the x and y of the buttons to ensure a smooth movement. No need for supports at all. I have printed this in PLA, PETG and PC-CF.
Once done printing:
- Install the external antenna to the base.
- Slide the battery underneath the antenna pigtail.
- Attach the antenna pigtail and battery to the tracker.
- Install the buttons into the lid.
- Slide the tracker into the lid from side of the lid that doesn't have the buttons.
- Attach the lid to the base. The USB C connector should face away from the external antenna.
- Gently screw in the 4 m3x10 screws. It will be a tight self tapping fit.
Notes:
No need for supports, the "rails" will print much better without supports.
