Hey! I recently got a standing desk from IKEA and the KOPPLA extension cord that is supposed to slot into the cutout in the desk was and is sadly out of stock. I got annoyed by having an empty space in my desk being unused, so instead I decided to fill it with an insert I designed. It also makes the desk space actually usable (albeit one could argue the hexagon cutouts are a little counterproductive 😁).
The design has intentionally cut off ends so the print fits as a whole onto the printbed of MK4S (that is 250x210mm), thus, when importing the model, make sure to rotate it by 45° so that the flat sides line up with the top and bottom of the print sheet, see last photo for reference 😊.
Print in the photo is Verbatim PETG White.
Print settings I used:
0.25mm Structural profile in Prusa Slicer
2 walls (wall thickness of model is adjusted to have no infill in inner walls for better structural integrity and tight fit!)
Rest doesn't really matter, happy printing!
