This is a collection of the PVC pipe connector. Currently there is two types T-connector and three-pipe-angle connector.
They can be used to construct fast dis-, assemblable structure from 20mm PVC pipes (normally used for electrical wiring in home) also known as EN20.
Print settings:
- nozzle diameter 0.4 mm
- layer height 0.12 mm (first layer 0.6 mm width & 0.2 mm thick)
- use brim, at least 5 mm
- no support needed
I suggest to use 60mm/s as a maximum print speed for better layer adhesion. Some inner surfaces for pipe insertion needs to be clean due to printer imperfection. After cleaning pipe will be inserted smoothly.
P.S. later will add models for other standard diameter and other forms.
