A simple spring spacer for the Koda magazine. Reduces capacity from 23 to 20 rounds, but increases feed reliability, especially in AEBs. Also good for increasing the reliability of kodas with worn out springs.
Printing: print as oriented. I use 5 walls, 20% infill.
Instructions: Open up the koda, place beneath the spring and push the spacer in so it is flush with the magazine base, then while pinching the mag body to hold the spacer in, clip on the floorplate. Release pressure once the floorplate is assembled, and use a rod to push the spacer so it sits flat against the floorplate of the magazine. See instruction diagram below.
To remove the spacer, use a tool (flatbar, screwdriver, allen key, etc.) to depress the spacer past the point where the floorplate latches onto the mag, and remove the floorplate normally.
