One of my first 3D printing challenges. My wife had a sewing gauge that the clip (red part) had worn out on. You can buy them for nearly nothing but it was an interesting challenge. With it being small I could iterate very quickly and see how tiny a part I could print.
I was learning Fusion 360 too, so a good modelling exercise.
Designed in two parts, clipped together.
Printed fine in Elegoo PLA. 0.1mm layers. Print in orientations shown (slicer pics) .
Still working after 8 months.
