Magic Wand Salt & Pepper Shaker

Ever wished your salt and pepper shaker was a little less boring? Yes, me neither - but this little thing might be the table accessory you never knew you needed. The cute, yet practical shaker doubles for salt and pepper, thanks to two separate chambers inside the body. 

Included are a base stand for safe and spill-free storage, a funnel for refilling either chamber and a printable staff - although personally I highly prefer to use wood for this part. A 10 mm rounded staff of beech I got from the hardware store worked best so far.

IMPORTANT: Salt is an abrasive and will grind off trace amounts of material. To make this product safe to use, please only use basic white/beige PLA for the salt compartment. Do not print it in bright colors or glow-in-the-dark PLA and do not use filament that is not biodegradable (ABS, PETG,…) and do not use it excessively. Trace amounts of PLA are not an issue, as your digestive system will break it down to lactic acid - pigments however are suboptimal.

To archieve multiple colors for the wand head, simply align it as shown below and add a break at the center of the star to swap materials. In case you own a bed slinger (Ender 3, Prusa i3 or similar) make sure to align the shaker in the direction the bed is moving to keep vibrations to a minimum.
