This is a simple Phone Holder Support to be mounted on the wall, you can use either double sided tape or screws (there is two holes for them)
Printed in that orientation, lost a little bit of quality on the slope but it was worth it for not using support, i provided a image showing how i will print it standing up, you can do that or try to print it on its back but then youo should have support enabled, when printing standing up Orca generated blue brims around the corners and i suggest you do the same.
