Added dime and nickel to make it easier for players to count their money.
Also added a counter token for events and item counts.
Finally added a heart to count HP (Heart with a rim on one side to simulate an empty heart. Allows you to print it in two colors Red and black to make the heart full and the heart empty by simply turning the token over)
