I've been using this simple cable clip for a while and it's served me well. I use some doublestick tape to hold it down on my desk and it can comfortably hold most small cables like phone chargers, mouse wires, and other things.
You can print this facing up or on its side, but printing on its side will give it more strength on the clips.
