While working on another project, I felt the need to make a simple but effective tolerance test. Then I thought about uploading it here for free in case anyone ever needed it too.

Since the tolerances of this test go down to 0.1mm, I highly recommend to set your slicer walls settings to Outside-Inside, in order to increase the chances of success.

Each test model has a label on it, in order to make it more recognizable if it gets lost/mixed among other printed tests.

In conclusion, here's a brief explanation of the uploaded files:

  • Tolerance_Test.stl → Complete tolerance test (0.3-0.1mm) + Test Cube (inside the 0.3 model);
  • Tolerance_Test-<value>.stl → <value>mm test (without Test Cube);
  • Tolerance_Test-TestBlock.stl → Little block used to check tolerances;
  • Tolerance_Test.FCStd → FreeCAD Project.

In case you edit and reupload my models, please give the proper credits.
