This tool is designed for efficiently filing nails and calluses with a user-friendly vertical orientation. It features a flat, elongated body with a slightly curved ergonomic grip for comfortable handling. The tool is 3D-printable and includes a wide, flat surface on both sides, where sandpaper (grit of your choice) can be attached using double-sided tape.
How to Use:
- Cut a piece of sandpaper to fit the tool's attachment surface.
- Apply double-sided tape to the back of the sandpaper and press it firmly onto the tool.
- Hold the tool vertically and gently file nails or calluses using smooth, even strokes.
- Replace the sandpaper as needed by peeling off the old sheet and attaching a new one.
Suggested Print Settings:
- Material: PLA, PETG, or ABS for durability.
- Layer Height: 0.2 mm for a smooth finish.
- Infill: 20-30% for strength without excess weight.
- Orientation: Print vertically to maintain structural integrity and minimize warping.
