Printed all parts in PETG with 3 perimeters, 20% infill and 0.2mm layer height. Models should be printed as oriented in the files and without support.
The files contain different versions of the mount model that connects the bikepart to the handlebar for three handlebar diameter standards. There are also two options for each mount model depending on whether nuts or inserts are used.
A step-file of the assembly is also included.
Required Hardware:
1x M3x40 Bolt (bolts directly into the plastic of the slider to guide the spring, also acts as a release button for the phone)
2x M3x8 Bolt (to attach the bikepart to the mount)
1x M3x12 Bolt (to attach the mount to the handlebar)
3x M3 Nut OR 3x M3x5x4 Heat Inserts
1x Pen Spring
Double Sided Tape (to attach the phonepart to the phone)
