The original hard rubber cups, with a plastic core for the screw, don't do a particularly good job and are also easily broken. The plastic core does, anyway. I modeled these up to print in TPU and they work great. I made mine a little thin and flexible because I use my grabbers to pick up slot cars that are out of reach. I've uploaded a few thickness options. Which works best will depend on your TPU and how much stiffness/strength you need.
These print with no supports needed as the cone is 45 degrees and there's a bridge at the top to support the screw hole.
