The roller wheel if my old tape dispenser broke, so I remodelled it. Fits well in Tesa desktop tape dispenser. Use the customizable OpenSCAD file to adjust to your needs.
For easy printing without any support, you can print the “half” version two times and glue both pieces together. Full model included as well.
Sizes used for the STL file:
- axis diameter: 5mm
- axis width: 40mm
- wheel diameter = inner tape roll diameter: 75mm
- wheel width: 26mm
