This is what I assume was the intended dimensions.
The accepted tolerance are large enough that when they add up can lead to over a mm difference between the CAD model and reality.
some of the 40x40 extrusions on my printer have perfect dimensions, but most of them are actually closer to 39.8mm even 39.75mm so you can imaging how 0.2~0.25 can easily add up, while keeping the 400m overall width.
That of course also applies to the 4020 and 2020 extrusions.
So when you design something definitely keep that in mind.
March 2025 update: cable cutout on the underside adjusted (didn't have a chance to measure it until now, and was unexpectedly different than a e3v2)
