Tube for water level indicator.
Fits with indicated original model, but also works with other parts.
60m high 12mm outer diameter, so depending on the wall thickness (vase mode) you get a certain inner diameter.
For e.g. 0.6mm wall, you get an inner diameter of 10.8mm. Use a water indicator of ~10mm diameter to allow easy movement up and down.
Version 1; with holes in the bottom - regular print, or vase mode with bottom thickness of so many layers that the bottom holes are done - check your slicer settings.
Version 2; no holes in the bottom; easy vase mode print.
Print with the holes in the bottom, or for easier printing; drill these afterwards.
