I've been dangling some golden pothos off my aquarium rim in an attempt to get them to grow roots and eventually decided they would be much better served by with more consistent water contact. It's not as fancy as a basket, I just wanted something that's basically a clip,
This design fits snugly on the rim of a North American brand Marineland 10 US gallon aquarium tank. I've uploaded the f3d file if you want to play around with it to fit your tank.
