I originally made this model to post on makerworld for their shoe rack contest. I missed the deadline, so I posted it here.
*Important* This model requires wooden dowels between ½ and ⅝ inch.
What to print:
For every layer you need to print 2 of the “Light_weight_rack” files. If you want to stack multiple layers, you will need to print 2 “Light_weight_rack_stacker” files to connect the racks together. For example, if someone wanted to make 3 layers, they would need to print 6 light weight racks and 4 light weight rack stackers.
Slicing:
The file named “light_weight_rack” doesn't need to be printed with support material, but the file labeled “Light_weight_rack_stacker” does need supports. I would recommend printing both models with 3 walls for extra strength.
Suggestions:
This model could always use improvement and suggestions are welcome. 😊
