I designed this as a multiple case calibration. Since ive switched to FreeDi firmware ive been learning how the machine works & how to improve it at least for my case. Ive been spending more time tuning & editing the printer.cfg to be more in line with klipper documentation.
At the time the test was done i either have a few dirty spots on the bed or faulty areas. Im not sure yet. Last i checked i had a .3 crown from front to rear in the center.
some of the changes ive made so far are:
XY rotational distance is now correct.
XY position_min & position_endstop values
Probe XY position slightly changed.
Mesh_min & Mesh max positions changed.
zero reference position added
adaptive_margin added
Probe count lowered
mesh_pps increased
fade start & end added
Probing samples edited
sample_retract_distance is now equal to a full step value.
Homing speed slightly slower, & adjusted the driver_SGTHRS so that it doesnt hit home as fast or hard.
