I had my cable replaced because it “broke” at the spot it is being held on the headset,no need to say it is a poor design,both the headset and the cable,so I made a small shell that hugs the cable and then goes in the slot. This maked the angle of the cable wider in hopes to protect it.
Print horizontal with supports with the gap on top,and very small infill <10%.
