These pushup bars are designed for good ergonomics while being minimal and easy to print. They should be printed with at least 4 walls and 5 layers top and bottom. Infill should be set at 40% (cubic or gyroid). They have been tested in ABS but they should be fine in PLA or PETG as long as you have good layer adhesion.
There is a version with supports built in that are connected with zipper tabs for quick removal. Just cut through the thin tabs with a hobby knife and then rip the supports off from the bottom up. A non-supported version is included if you would prefer slicer generated supports.
