My girlfriend found the original design when looking for a way to organize her markers (different than those the original design was intended for).  The original design is well done, but didn't suit her purposes, so I decided to design something more specifically suited to her needs.

As configured, this design will hold 49 markers (7 x 7).

This was my first attempt at a parametric design in OnShape, and I'm sure that it could be better organized. You can modify the design to your own needs by going to https://cad.onshape.com/documents/798c045278ced220a22db90b/w/8174e0c65d4cd342cc58e631/e/58ce527c31c0af59ce526504.  OnShape has a free to use option, but you will need to create an account in order to edit/copy the design.

The base has 2 STL files, one with an inset for style, and one that is flat bottomed.  I'm unsure which will require more filament, as the inset design will require supports, but depending on how you set your slicer's infill settings, the non-inset could take a lot.

The top will connect directly with the bottom for easier storage when not in use.

The Post.stl file will need to be printed x 4 (one for each corner) and will require supports for the connections.  I found that printing them vertically works best.
