An old puzzle. The goal is to fit the 6 pieces inside the box without anything sticking out of the opening.
I won't tell you the solution, but I promise there is a no-bullshit, no-thinking-outside-the-box (pun intended) solution.
IMPORTANT: while all pieces should in theory have sizes fitting well together, I found it on my printer to be better working if I scaled the box and lid up to 102%, maybe my printer needs new calibration. (This won't count as cheating ;-) )
The lid has to be glued on top of the box. It is not supposed to be removed.
If you want to achieve the look from the photo:
I printed the box with fuzzy skin (outside walls only) and the golden pieces with Archimedes spiral on top and bottom. The lid is 3 layers of transparent filament.
