This 3D model is a replica of Leonardo da Vinci’s aerial screw, an early conceptual design of a helicopter from the 15th century. Created as part of the Additive Manufacturing course at UNAQ (Universidad Aeronáutica en Querétaro), this project explores the historical principles of rotary flight and their modern applications in aeronautical engineering.

You must print one piece of each, except for those that have a parenthesis with a number, since it is the number of pieces required for that model. For example, SOPORTES (5), in this case you should print 5 pieces of this model.

For the first subassembly, you must position the ENGRANE GRANDE and fit the PALO SOPORTE in the assigned space (check that the holes in the PALO SOPORTE are not in the part where it was fitted). Then assemble and glue the 5 SOPORTES in each hole in the PALO SOPORTE. Glue the 2  HÉLICE and arrange them on the PALO SOPORTE so that it remains stable, once it is fitted, glue it to each SOPORTES.
In the second subassembly, position the BASE HELICÓPTERO and insert the EJE PALANCA into the only hole it has, assemble the PALANCA on the straight side and the ENGRANE PEQUEÑO on the other side.
Finally, place the first subassembly in the assigned space of the BASE HELICÓPTERO. To operate it, you only have to turn the PALANCA.
