this light shader can simply be attached to the wall using some double sided tape if the wires of the lamp are hard enough to keep the lamp in place. Either a wall mount to keep the lamp in place could be used.

brim (never tested without)

fuzzy skin option in cura
-fuzzy skin thickness 0.3 mm
-fuzzy skin density 1.25 1/mm
