This fits the standard blue neti bottles they sell at many stores and under several brand names. I used to keep knocking my neti bottle off the counter, but now that doesn't happen anymore. It's not a tight fit on purpose, to allow it to dry completely and not grow mold.
I designed this several years ago, and this is version 2. I updated it to reduce material.
