Hardware:
- 2x M5x35 button-head cap screws
- 2x M5 Nuts
- 3/8" Tungsten Pinewood Derby Weights (Weighted Mounts only)
- 3x M3x8 screws (Weighted Mounts only)
Recommended filaments:
- eSun PLA+
- Polymaker PLA Pro
- NO PETG!
- In case you missed that….. NO PETG!
Printing:
- Print hot (refer to the temperature range of your chosen filament and use the higher end).
- Print slow.
- 4-6 walls.
- 99/100% infill.
- Spacers of various heights to take up the extra space in the weight holders are included.
Print Orientations:
- Print the arm with the large flat side facing down.
- Mounts should be printed standing up on their ends.
- FAILURE TO DO THIS WILL CAUSE THE MOUNT TO BREAK WHEN INSTALLED!
