This is a parametrized KeyMod Picatinny rail designed to be printed diagonally for best strength, that I've designed for mounting my bipod to a handguard. It uses chinesium KeyMod screw set bought on AliExpress.
Following dimensions are parametrized:
- Interface_Offset - offset for dimension critical faces which position Picatinny accessories and the rail to a handguard;
- NonInterface_Offset - offset for the rest of the faces, which shouldn't interface with other accessories;
- Slots - number of slots in Picatinny rail, i.e. rail's length;
- Later 2 parameters (Rail_length and Keymod_slots) are used for internal calculations and shouldn't be changed.
Print with 5+ perimeters, lots of brim and no supports, with angled end facing print bed.
If brim fails on longer rails, use a bit of painted tree supports.
