This is a very simple bracket that you slide into the top of the gantry to add the extra mounting hole required for mounting the display.
You also need an extra V-slot nut, but there should be one in the spare parts of the Ender 3 kit.
I've added the STEP file incase you want to modify it or if you want to add it to your printers' CAD model.
Note:
If you rotate the part by 90° you can print it without supports.
