Change parameters in Fusion 360 to generate your custom washer.
Changeable parameters are I believe self explanatory:
- innerDiameter - inside diameter of hole of the washer
- outerDiameter - outside diameter of the washer
- thickness - thickness of the washer
- chamfer - chamfer on all of the edges to make the print nicer
- Either use default value or keep at minimal value
Print settings:
- Perimeters - add as many as whole print will be made just from perimeters
- Alternatively use 100% infill
- Material - ABS recommended for heavier loads (PLA will hold some lighter uses)
- Of course some fancier materials can be used as for example Nylon
