here are some d20 dice beads to thread onto different kinds of strings. depending on the diameter, choose the right option from below
If your knot or similar is too thick to get the beads onto it, use the cut version and glue them together behind the not.
I print mine with a Bambulab P1S and these settings:
Layer height 0.2mm
Wall thickness 1.6mm
Wall line count 2
Top/Bottom Thickness 1mm
Infill density: 15%
Infill pattern: Gyroid
Support: tree - normal
