These beads are based off the Helldivers 2 skull icon used in a variety of places. I've included flat and faceted variants, and ones with a nose-hole and without.
It prints well at 0.2mm layer height, I went for 3 walls and 20% infill but you could likely get away with less. Also added a small brim because I don't trust my bed adhesion sometimes. If choosing to print the faceted versions face-down, don't forget to support the cheekbones (like I did)! Not the end of the world if you don't due to the small scale, it just comes out a little rough on the underside.
I only recommend printing the ones with nose holes if you're SLA printing or have a very fine nozzle, since my trial print failed at the nose almost completely. On that note, please excuse the awful print quality in the photos, my PLA is not in a good state…
