The ones in the photo were printed with 0.2mm layers, you can improve the crispness of the lines/picture by printing it with a lower layer hight but 0.2 is good enough in my opinion.
I included different models in case your drawstrings are thicker. Note that the models with the 7mm and 8mm holes require support to be turned on.
