I designed these pads to anchor the mulch cloth in my vegetable garden more securely to the ground.
By simply using the staples alone, the cloth could tear or be damaged more easily. Using my pads the contact area between the peg and the cloth is much bigger and the forces are distributed better.
It has a rounded slot at the top to accommodate the upper part of the peg so that it does not protrude too far.
These pads are designed for Winfaith garden pegs (3mm wire and 30mm of distance between the spikes) but let me know if you need different sizes.
