This is a replacement foot for the stand of the bullitt cargo bikes. It has 5 rocket wings all round so you can ride faster ;)
Of course the feet wear out with use. That is why I have provided 12 mm material before the aluminium tube comes through. Printed in PLA and with 100% infill, it should last a while.
In my case, the foot fitted quite tightly. This can vary depending on the printer. The inner diameter of the model is 25.7 mm. It may be worth printing a cross-section to test and then scaling the model. It may also be possible to work with heat during assembly.
