I couldn't find anything that I liked and wanted to make something that is easy to slip in and out. The Koss KSC75 ear clips slide into the center and the cable wraps around and locks in place.
No infill and supports needed. 2 walls on a .6mm nozzle is strong enough. I used extra draft .42mm layer height in the pictures.
I do wonder if the 35 degree incline will be a problem without supports on smaller nozzles.
