This is a MITX case for CPUs with integrated graphics (i.e. there's no room for a PCIe card) that can be printed on a mid-sized printer like a MK4S. It is in two parts which slide together and are then locked in place with the lid. A single 140mm cooling fan is used to direct intake air onto the CPU cooler and mainboard, and exits through the power supply. Whether this works for you is something you need to test; with my AMD 5600G it works well.
This short video is just me assembling the case and installing Ubuntu. Everything is held together using heat-insert brass threads and M3 bolts. If you've sat through Ubuntu installing before, don't bother watching to the end. Spoiler: it worked :D
Cooling seems adequate. While everything is a tight fit I wanted it to be small and to sit upright like a tiny tower. You will probably notice that the parts look like they are printed from subtly different filaments, it is all the same reel of matte black eSun PLA, just printed in different orientations to minimize required supports.
The front panel may be something you need to design yourself. I took a front panel PCB (two USB, audio jacks, power & reset buttons) from an old Corsair case I wasn't using. The buttons are just deep enough that they engage the switches when pressed and there is a transparent central part to the power button enabling the LED to show through. If you don't have the exact PCB you will need to redo this part for yourself but the aperture should be big enough to adapt most you harvest or make.
