A simple design to keep your trousers out of the chain.
I made four sizes until I got the best fit for me. Sadly, I have sparrow legs so the “80” was the best fit for me. The “75” was a little snug even for me but I have included it anyhow.
The model size (75, 80, 85, 90) represents the long axis of the inscribed ellipse. The short axis is set at 85% of the long axis.
Printed in PETG with 2 or 3-perimeters (0.4mm), both of which was fine (4-perimeters is essentially solid).
I printed my final versions with “paint-on fuzzy skin” on the internal surfaces selected in the Prusa Slicer. This definitely makes them less likely to slip in use.
