So, I found a giant bolt sticking out of the mud a while ago and thought it was cool. Fast forward a few years later and decided to make it into a light duty hammer of sorts.
The handle was printed in PETG with 3 perimeters and 15% adaptive cubic infill. Brim was also added to keep it from becoming a banana hammer while printing.
UPDATE 1
That protruding thread on the back side could use something, couldn't it? I liked the idea that @sir_miss_alot made about making it into a soft blow hammer with some design work and a nylon bolt, but I though it might be easier to make a cap that can fit on the back end.
The cap was printed out of clear TPU (Shore 64D), and was printed with 10 base layers at 0.20 mm layer thickness. I went with 15% honeycomb infill to match the aesthetics, but you could probably modify it to fit small bearings/BBs for a dead-blow hammer.
UPDATE 2
With father's day fast approaching, I thought I'd try to make a dead-blow version as a gift. I bought a bunch of BBs (.177 cal, copper-plated steel) and another bolt (1" X 3" UNC thread, zinc plated). It turns out that 15% honeycomb infill makes for a good clearance fit with .177 BBs, and I was able to fit ~100 of them into the cap provided in update 1.
