Hi I am Engitect, passionated 3d Designers for practical stuff.
I hope you will enjoy this simpl design of a stackable sand disk organizer for 125 and 150∅ orbital sander.
This design is stackable, print as much as you want.
You will find 2 version, one small for 5-6 disk and a bigger one for up to 14 disk.
3D print:
-I recommand to print the bracket in PETG and the disk organizer can be printed in PLA.
-You can remove the top/bottom layer for less print time and good look- Be sure to print the SMALL bracket for SMALL disk organizer and HIGH bracket for HIGH disk organizer.
Assembly :
- Both brackets (small and high) are secured with M4 screw.
- I use a 25mm PVC pipe as the axe, but pretty much everything else that is 25mm would word.
-THIGH FIT : there is a 0.2mm tolerance for holes and 0.1mm between the bracket and the disk organizer.
