Dual lobe version of a self message tool that fits on a printer build plate and can be printed as a single piece. The part is 254 x 127 x 134 (mm).
I modeled and printed this quite a while ago, so I have no recollection of what I used in terms of print settings. The wall thickness is quite beefy as it is.
I printed the V1 model in PLA on a Bambu P1P. The size, shape, and thickness of the part resulted in the sides lifting a bit. I had no issue with it functionally, so I used it like this. However, I did modify the CAD to make a V2, which has the internal ribs run full height and across the part, to give some more structure in this direction. The body wall thickness is also 5 mm rather than 6 mm. I have not printed this version.
