I needed a shorter mounting pole (11.5” long.)
PERLESMITH Ceiling TV Mount
Purchased this good monitor / TV mount and needed it shorter. Could not cleanly modify the original pole shorter, had to make my own.

Material - PRUSAMENT JET Black PETG V0 (temp is 230 C, for regular PETG set to 240-250 C)
Design software - Plasticity
Design units - Imperial Inches
Use - Commercial / Home
0.4mm nozzle size file.
5mm threaded melt insert in the bottom arm. Cap will thread into there with 5mm socket cap screw.
Washer diameter under 5mm cap bolt is 1"OD, 0.204"ID.
I did superglue both of the large arm parts together. Cross-bolt not glued just because (double safe).
Cap not glued, only screwed.
