Summary
This tape holder can be easily customized in Fusion 360 to any size you need. It's designed with FDM in mind so no supports needed ofcourse!
The HSW interface blocks can be pressed (or tapped with a hammer) in these pockets:
I included 2 different HSW interface blocks. The default one has the default connection to the HSW grid, and the other one has a tighter fit in the grid. Connection to the printed part is the same for both.
I recommend using the tighter ones, the default ones seem a bit loose.
Customizing
There are 2 parameters ready to be adjusted. The spacing of the pockets for the HSW interface blocks will be adjusted automatically
Printing
No special settings required here. I did include a prusa slicer file anyway.
When you did some customizing you can easily replace the STL in prusa slicer:
