Protecting case and strain relief for a soldered USB-Connector, male USB-A 2.0.
Printing:
You need one case and one mirrored case - place the case into the slicer, clone it and mirror the clone along the X or Y asis.
Nozzle 0.2 mm, PETG, Layer height 0.1 mm or Variable layer height (recommended for the clamping sleeve), no support. Print with brim, depending on the bed adhesion change the "brim-object gap" to zero.
Printed with Bambulab X1C and Elegoo PETG on Engineering plate, 3 mm brim, brim-object gap=0, layer height 0.1 mm for the cases and variable layer height for the clamping sleeve.
If the clamping sleeve is too narrow, try scaling in the Y direction (height of the rectangle) by about 102% (depending on your printer and filament).
Cable
At the moment only available for flat ribbon cable with dimensions 1.4 x 4.9 mm.
If I need to prepare a USB connector for another cable, I will add the corresponding model here.
Breakout Board
Suitable for breakout boards 15x15 mm (or less).

Assembly
See pictures. Finally, drip glue to the gap between the cable and the plug.
