I am currently testing this for making custom plugs for ps1/ps2 controllers for use with https://github.com/Micha213/Blu , I will add further instructions once I've found fitting pins.
Update: It looks like 1.3mm brass rods are a good fit. Haven't tested it yet so proceed at your own risk.
