This is a replacement screw cap for the windscreen cowl of a Mk. 6 Ford Transit van. I was going to be charged £16 for 4 and decided to model it myself.
Each one takes less than a gram of filament and there are both flat and clip variants.
The flat variant will be stronger, but requires thick double sided tape to fit.
The clip one could be fragile, the ones I printed in PETG were fine, but I'm not sure if they'd survive removal from the cowl. So they're likely single use, but they're cheap to print so that's fine for me.
I'd recommend printing with a textured bed as the original ones are textured, but it's not really noticeable since they're so small.
Feel free to remix if you encounter problems.
Happy printing.
Printer: Prusa MK4
Filament: PETG
Layer Height: 0.10 mm
Infill: 100%
Supports: No for flat, Yes for clip
Brim/Raft: None (depends on printer, mine handled it well without)
Every other setting was default I think. Other than that I print the first layer at 10% speed because I use cheap PETG.
