There were so many times I would go to change my filter every month, and the darn thing would be laying down because there's nothing to keep the filter in place. For the longest time, I had considered taping it but figured that's not ideal and the goo… the tape goo would drive me crazy. Then, I had a brainstorm. I have magnets and a printer. so I whipped up a quick and dirty design, printed it, superglued some magnets, and BAM. my furnace filter probably won't fall over any longer. My filter is 1" deep, so this won't do much if your filter is deeper than that. but hey, it works! Magnets are 6mm x 2mm
