Here is a simple but useful pegboard model with 0.25 “ diameter holes with 1” spacing. The board is roughly 6" x 11". It's actually 10.95" x 5.95" to leave a little clearance if you want to stick them next to each other. I've also included 1" standoffs to distance it from the wall.
I made this model using Solidworks.
